MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION & 2025 FEES

We have three levels of membership available:

Full £130.00    Pro rata scheme for new members - join in in July/August for 25% discount or join in September/October for 50% discount
Social £20.00 We are currently at full capacity for Social members (with a waiting list)
Junior £10.00 Ages 8-17 inclusive

Our annual subscriptions are payable in April regardless of when you take out membership.

If you are interested in membership of the Club, please download the form below and either email it to the Secretary or put the completed form into the Club's external mailbox at the gate. 

Once an application is received, it is discussed by the Committee, and if no objections are raised, then the Secretary will be in touch to discuss payment.

CLUBHOUSE HIRE FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

If you are interested in hiring the clubhouse for a private function, please email us using the above link.

We have a maximum capacity of 60.

We do not have any in-house catering, DJ or disco but we can supply a list on request.

Enquiries from non-members are welcome.  

Arrangements can be made with the Committee in advance for early access to the Club for decoration, food drop off , DJ entry etc. and also the following day for clean up if required.

£40 deposit will be refunded if the Club is left in a clean and tidy condition.

Funeral Teas / Wakes

The Club is available to hire for a Funeral Tea/Wake for up to 60 people.  Please email our Secretary for an application form to fill in.

The cost to members is £50 inclusive of tea and coffee.

The cost to non-members is £100 inclusive of tea and coffee.

Please note we do not provide catering - any catering requirement should be arranged by the applicant.  We can provide details of caterers on request.

Clubhouse and Bar

RULES FOR CHILDREN & YOUNG PERSONS (under age 18)

Persons under the age of 18 are permitted on these premises on the following basis:

Children (0-15 years) are only allowed when accompanied by a responsible supervising adult.  
Children are not allowed on the premises beyond 8pm unless they are accompanied by a responsible supervising adult and attending a private function. 

Young Persons (16-17 years) have no restrictions except they cannot purchase alcohol.

Under 18s are allowed access to all parts of the premises and can approach the bar to purchase soft drinks and snacks but are not allowed to remain at the bar. 

Junior Members (under 18) may remain on the premises until they have finished playing or competing in any bowling match or competition.
