About Us

To bring the game of bowls to a wider audience and show that it is not just an "old man's game!"

To add to the amenity of our town by providing a facility for sport and friendship, 

Our new, full-sized Green and Clubhouse opened in 2005.  The Club has a bar and hosts regular social events throughout the year, as well as having a full calendar of bowling events and competitions for all ages and experience during the playing season (April to October). 

New members, visitors and juniors are most welcome.

Coaching for adults and juniors is available from our qualified coaches.  Please see the Coaching page for more information.

Competitions & Fixtures

Every year we hold many internal Club competitions - single hand, pairs, triples and fours, both nominated and balloted.

We host day tournaments and open competitions as well as a full card of friendly fixtures, both Home and Away, throughout the playing season.

External Competitions

Other competitions (West Fife Ladies, Gents & Senior Gents Babbs Leagues, FWBA, Sports Council etc.) are on the Annual Fixtures pages and the Bowls Scotland Fixtures can be found on the District 8 Nationals page.

There is also the opportunity to represent our Club by participating in the Ladies and Gents Leagues for West Fife Bowling Association and in the Fife Womens Bowling Association competitions.

Hat Games

We hold informal fun Hat Games on Tuesday and Friday evenings and Thursday mornings with teams drawn on the day from those present.

Tuesday and Friday evenings - sign in times vary depending on sunset, from 5.15pm to 6pm

Thursday morning - sign in 9.45am for 10am start (tea/coffee/comfort break mid way)

Fortnightly Thursday Evening Bingo.

Darts and Dominoes competitions are also held in the closed winter season.
