Gents Annual Competitions

Dalgety Bay men compete in various competitions in the West Fife Bowling Association (WFBA) including the Gents & Babbs (Senior) League, Carnegie Trophy, Top Ten, Top 5, Senior Top 9.

Top Ten

Players for this competition are selected by the Ties Committee and the team consists of:

• Single Hand Player (21 shots)
• Pairs Team (17 ends)
• Triples Team (15 ends)
• Fours Team (17 ends)

Top 5

Players for this competition are selected by the Ties Committee and the team consists of:

• 5 Single Hand Players (21 shots)

Senior Top 9 (over 55s)

Players for this competition are selected by the ties committee and the team consists of:

• Pairs Team (15 ends)
• Triples Team (13 ends)
• Fours Team (15 ends)

Competition Sheets 

Lists are displayed in the gents locker room to allow members to enter their names for leagues, competitions and other events. 
Names should be appended ASAP to allow the draws to be made quickly. 
Anyone seeking a partner for a competition should put their name on the sheet provided for that purpose.

Dress Code

Flat soled bowling shoes are to be worn at all times on the Green.
There is no dress code for internal club knockout ties, roll-ups or 'bounce' games.

• Club tops for Friendlies and internal One Day Competitions with black/grey/white trousers or skirts
• Club tops for finals of club knockout competitions with black/grey/white trousers or skirts
• Club tops for league games with black/grey/white trousers or skirts
